"We chose this villa for its location which was excellent. It took around 15 mins to drive to Animal Kingdom using the Sherberth road shortcut, and the other parks were not much further. The area was quiet and peaceful but within a few mins drive of shops and restaurants on the 192. The villa was in good condition, clean and very comfortable. The pool was warm and in sun nearly all day. The close location made it easy to take a break from Disney and go back to the villa for a swim before heading back to the parks for the evening. I would definitely recommend this villa and would book it again when we return to Florida. "

"The villa was immaculate when we arrived, much better than we could have expected. The kitchen was well equipped along with separate dining and utility areas. The master bedroom was enormous, with huge walk-in closet, and the en-suite was spacious. The place was such a good size we rarely used the formal living/dining area at the front, and stuck to the casual/family area at the back. Outside, the pool area is very pleasant and is completely screened to stop insects bothering you while you swim or relax on the loungers. The games room came in very handy when we felt like a day off from the parks. This villa is on a nice, quiet residential estate and is located within a short drive of the Disney Theme parks and close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants on highway 192. Overall, we spent a very enjoyable 3 weeks there and really did not want to leave at the end of our stay. Renting a private home is much more flexible than staying in a hotel, and this particular property comes highly recommended."

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

eating & living :
There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. we have also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

the disney villa is in the nestled in the quiet indian oaks ridge community with no through traffic, Indian Ridge Oaks is one of the closest rental home communities to Walt Disney World. it is situated off US 192 just three miles west of the junction with World Drive, Disney's main entrance.

it features a large home in a country-like setting within a walled in neighborhood. The community features include several park areas, a large and private community pool, a children’s playground, tennis courts, football field and miles of paved jogging paths. It is easy to start your morning along any of interconnecting pathways of Indian Ridge that ultimately lead to the main children’s park at the entrance of the community.

The brand new Palms Golf and Country Club is within walking distance, and there are many excellent golf courses within minutes of Indian Ridge, including Mystic Dunes, Falcons Fire, Championsgate and Orange Lake. At night, the silence of Indian Ridge oaks will make you believe you are in the countryside of Florida.
